Hi everyone!

First off I want to wish everyone a a very Happy Easter! I'm rejoicing in the life-giving miracle that took place almost 2000 years ago. :)

Today is also Lily Pad Cards FIRST Digital Die Cuts Challenge!

This month's challenge is sponsored by the fabulous Jen Martakis. Jennifer's digital kits can be found here at 2 Peas in a Bucket and her personal blog can be found here. For this month's challenge the designers are using this wonderful digital kit by Jennifer called April (which can be found here at 2peas:

...along with this fabulous Gardening Set die cut kit put together by the one and only Vicky Papaioannou:

Here's my card:

The fence and shovel were both cut from my Silhouette using Vicky's Gardening Set kit. The floral, grid, and blue patterned papers are all from Jennifer's digital kit. I stamped the blue paper with Hero Arts Clouds stamp and created my sentiment with Hero Arts Simple & Basic Alphabet set. Twine is from The Twinery.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I do hope you play along with us! Stop by the Lily Pad Cards blog to see what the other designers came up with and to download Vicky's wonderful kit for FREE!!!

Hi everyone,

Hope you've all had a wonderful week. The weather here has FINALLY turned spring-like and I'm soaking it in. Got lots of out-door stuff done today (and there's still plenty to do). :)

Anyways, first off I haven't heard back from the winner of my giveaway who was posted last week Saturday. I'm thinking that 1 week is long enough to respond and so I've decided to pick someone else....

Thank you! :)

such a cute little ladybug!
Congrats, Eva! Please email me through the link on the side bar with your shipping info and I'll get your goodies out to you.

I also wanted to share a card I made this week for a very special man who's battling cancer.

This dear man has been an amazing example to me of trusting God during the difficult times. He's been experiencing more pain lately and so if you could keep Jack and his family in your prayers I'd appreciate it. Thanks. :)

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. It's finally starting to feel like spring here. :)
