Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit: You're a Star

Hi everyone!

I'm back to share a final card using the fabulous Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit: Seeing Stars!
Here it is:

I die cut a piece of Simon's 120 lb White Cardstock using Simon's Stitched Rectangles Dies and then die cut Simon's new Vented Star Die from it. I coloured all the little strips with Copic Markers followed by a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Marker. I adhered all the pieces together on some Pebbles Americana Patterned Paper and adhered that to my card front. I stamped the sentiment from Simon's Seeing Stars Stamp Set with Versafine Onyx Black Ink Pad and the little stars with Simon's Fog Ink. Finally, I colored over the little stars with a Sakura Stardust Clear Glitter Pen.

    I love that vented star die! And it looks so pretty with the inlaid multicolored cardstock.

    Super fun kit this month. I love how you did the large star with several colors. I've had fun adding multiple colors to stamps lately also! So fun!

    Terrific card Sarah. I have enjoyed the style you have when making a card and especially this colorful star. This card kit is fantastic and would such a bonus to have. Heidi is such a fantastic person to let you select one of us to receive the kit. I'll keep my fingers crossed ;)

    Really like how the tiny background
    stars add a coordinating pattern but
    don't take away from main star!
