Today is reveal day for the Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit and it is GORGEOUS with it's blush, navy, and copper colour combination. The cards I'm sharing today though focus on the fabulous Brush Stroke Messages Stamp Set.
Here they are:
For both cards, I took a piece of the Simon Says Stamp Smoke Cardstock and stamped the different-sized brushstroke images from the new Brush Stroke Messages Stamp Set with Distress Oxide Inks. I lightly spritzed them with water to activate the inks and bring out the slightly bolder colours. (For my second card I added Perfect Pearls to the water). I went over the panels with my heat gun and stamped the sentiments with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. I trimmed the panels and added them to notecards made from the Simon Says Stamp Ivory Cardstock. Finally, I added some Tonic Sea Breeze Nuvo Jewel Drops to finish off the cards.

So pretty and colorful! I appreciate seeing the stamp set in action without the pretty papers included in the kit - it really shows off it's versatility!

I am really enjoying the brush stroke look, and your rainbow colours are so pretty on the smoke cardstock. I definitely need to try this with my Distress Oxides.
