Hi everyone!
I'm stopping by today to share a final card featuring the Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit. I thought I'd put the Alcohol Inks away for this one and focus on one of the beautiful floral images and papers from the May Card Kit.
I did a little spotlight stamping, using the floral image with Simon's Green Apple Dye Ink on their Green Leaf Cardstock which had been diecut with the rectangle from their Bundle of Stitches Die Set. I stamped the same image again with Simon's Rosie Cheeks Dye Ink on their Cotton Candy Cardstock which I had diecut with one of Simon's Large Tag Dies. I adhered the green panel to my notecard, added a few strips of the ModaScrap Let Your Soul Bloom Patterned Paper, and adhered the tag with foam tape (making sure to line up my two stamped images). Finally, I diecut one of the CZ Simple Tabs Dies from a piece of the ModaScrap Let Your Soul Bloom Patterned Paper and stamped a sentiment from the Delicate Flowers Stamp Set with Versafine Onyx Black Ink before adding it to my card.

Heidi, owner of Simon Says Stamp, has given me an extra Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit to pass on to one of you! Just leave a comment on any of my May Card Kit posts and I'll announce a winner Saturday April 20th.
Before I go, I wanted to mention that Simon Says Stamp has just released a fabulous new Limited Edition Mother's Day Card Kit. These limited edition card kits are not part of the regular Card Kit subscriptions and tend to sell out quickly.
Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteLove how you've built up your card using layers and stamping. So inspiring, especially since I'm not good at layering.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Mother's Day card kit looks amazing. Too bad I have already spent too much money on craft supplies this month...
