Simon Says Stamp Smile Journal Card (& GIVEAWAY)!

Hi everyone!

I'm stopping by to share another card using the wonderful Simon Says Stamp June 2015 Card Kit: Be Happy. 

Here's today's card:

I cut out one of the journaling cards from the Doodlebug Sunkissed 6x6 Paper Pad, stamped my sentiment using Simon's Happy and Smile Stamp Set, and embellished with Doodlebug's Summer Shapes Enamel Stickers.

Simon Says Stamp June 2015 Card Kit: Smile Scene (& GIVEAWAY)

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a great weekend! Here in Canada we had our Victoria Day long weekend. The forcast for the weekend didn't look good here but we ended up with wonderful weather.Yay! It was great to visit with family and we go a LOT of gardening done too. 

Anyways, I'm stopping by to share another card using the fabulous Simon Says Stamp June 2015 Card Kit: Be Happy. I really can't get enough of this month's kit. Between me and my kids we have devoured everything and my daughter is asking me to order more of the Doodlebug Sunkissed Papers and Doodlebug Summer Shaped Enamel Stickers. :)


Today's card just so happens to remind me of the great weather we had all weekend. ;)

To create this scene, I used some of the Doodlebug Sunkissed Papers for my background. I used Simon's Stitched Slopes and Hills Die Set for my grassy slope, adhered it to the blue paper, and ran it through my Big Shot with the large stitched rectangle die from Simon's Bundle of Stitches Die Set. My clouds were created using one of the dies from Simon's Talk Bubbles Die Set. The sun sticker from the Doodlebug Summer Shapes Enamel Sticker Set fits PERFECTLY on the sun stamp from Simon's Happy and Smile Stamp Set. :) A few of the other enamel stickers and a sentiment from the stamp set finish off the scene.

Simon Says Stamp June Card Kit: Happy Birthday (It's Your Day)...and GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone!

I'm back to share another card using the fun new Simon Says Stamp June 2015 Card Kit: Be Happy.

I love the rainbow of colours found in this month's kit, as well as the awesome Simon Says Stamp Happy and Smile Stamp Set. I had to pair the two together by doing some paper piecing with the 'Happy' sentiment and Doodlebug Sunkissed Papers. The flowers from the Doodlebug Summer Shapes Enamel Stickers are the perfect finishing touch.
