SSS November Card Kit: Season's Greetings & Giveaway

Hi everyone,

Using Simon's Khaki Dye Ink, I stamped the trees repeatedly on a Desert Storm notecard. I then cut out one of the sentiment panels from the ModaScrap Forever Green patterned papers, matted it with Simon's Leaf Green Cardstock, and adhered it to my notecard before adding one of the red pom poms to the reindeer to turn him into Rudolph.

SSS November Card Kit: Whimsical Forest Friends & Giveaway!

 Hi everyone!

My Simon Says Stamp November 2019 Card Kit arrived a couple of days ago and I've been having lots of fun with it!

I couldn't wait to stamp the adorable forest animals from the Woodland Whimsy Stamp Set. They're just so sweet and whimsical. After diecutting Simon's Fog Cardstock with one of their Wonky Rectangle Dies I stamped all the animals and banners with Simon's Smoke Ink, the heart with Hollyhock Ink, and the sentiments with Versafine Onyx Black Ink before doing some simple colouring and shading with my Prismacolor Pencils. I then added the panels to pieces of the ModaScrap Forever Green patterned paper before adhering them to my notecards. I kept these cards fairly simple so as not to distract from the whimsical look.

SSS Cheer and Joy Release: Christmas Kaleidoscope

Hi everyone!

Today is reveal day for the Simon Says Stamp Cheer and Joy Release and there are so much fabulous new products!

Simon sent me a few goodies to play with and the card I'm sharing today was so fun and relaxing to colour:

I stamped Simon's new Christmas Kaleidoscope Stamp with MFT Black Licorice Hybrid Ink on to Neenah White Cardstock before colouring it with Copic Markers. I adhered the panel to the front of a notecard  and added some glitter pen and Glossy Accents highlights. I white heat embossed a sentiment from Simon's Christmas Squad Stamp Set on black cardstock and adhered it to my card with foam tape.

SSS Best Day

Hi everyone!

I'm popping by to share a card featuring the Simon Says Stamp Deco Weave Stencil and their Birthday Word Mix 1 Stamp Set.

Using the Deco Weave Stencil on an angle I ink blended three shades of Ranger Distress Oxide Ink: 

Faded Jeans, Salty Ocean, and Tumbled Glass to create an ombre affect. I stamped a sentiment from Simon's Birthday Word Mix 1 Stamp Set using Versafine Onyx Black Ink, matted the panel with a piece of black cardstock before adding it to a piece of Island Blue Cardstock. I finished things off with some beautiful Lucy's Cards Sequins.

SSS Round and Round Birthday & SSS October Card Kit Winner

Hi everyone!

I'm popping by to share a card featuring the Simon Says Stamp Round and Round Background Stamp and announce the winner of the Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit.

I stamped the background stamp on a piece of Neenah Desert Storm Cardstock with Versafine Onyx Black Ink before colouring some of the circles in with Prismacolor Pencils. I die cut the piece with one of Simon's Wonky Rectangle Dies and splattered some Distress Picket Fence Paint. Once dry I adhered the panel to a notecard covered with lavender cardstock. I diecut a scrap piece of piece of black cardstock with one of Simon's Nested Circle Dies, white heated embossed the sentiment from the CZ Design Birthday Sweets Stamp Set, and adhered it to the card. I finished it off with a variety of sequins from Lucy's Cards.

SSS October 2019 Card Kit: Floral Thank You and GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone!

I'm stopping by to share a final card featuring the Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit. 

The large bouquet of flowers in the Simon Says Stamp Thankful Flowers Stamp Set was just begging to be coloured.

I stamped the image on the My Mind's Eye My Heritage lined patterned paper, along with the dots and a sentiment before colouring the flowers with Copic Markers. I matted the coloured piece with Simon's Black Cardstock before adhering it to a card front covered with a piece of Tim Holtz Metallic  Rose Gold Cardstock.

SSS October 2019 Card Kit: Miss You & Giveaway

Hi everyone,

I'm popping by to share another card featuring the Simon Says Stamp October Card Kit.

For today's card I wanted to focus on the My Mind's Eye My Heritage 6x6 Patterned Paper and the Pebbles Inc Foiled Stickers.

I thought the map patterned paper would be great for a 'miss you' card. I paired it with another piece of the patterned paper before spelling out 'miss you' with the alpha stickers. I die cut a couple of Simon's Mini Hearts from a sheet of the Tim Holtz Metallic Cardstock and coloured them with Flamingo Alcohol Ink before adding them to my card.
