Friendly Spiders

I just had to break into the new stamps I got yesterday. Even though we don't do Halloween around our house I still had some ideas for the new Hero Arts Large Web stamp. I cut out a few different spiders with my Silhouette and paired the web stamp with 2 other background stamps to give 2 different looks. Used some sewing thread to hang the spider from and added some googly eyes. The message is computer generated.

I'm entering these in Hero Art's Keeping in Touch challenge and planning on using them for Jennifer McGuire's Cards for Kids Drive.

  6. I'm not a halloween person either but as I mentioned on your flickr post, this reminds me of the industrious Orb Weaver spiders who will soon start spinning their amazing webs, they are quite spectacular to see. I love that you used these stamps to create something so fun!
    bless you!

So many fun ideas for kids...and even nature/hiking scrapbook pages. You are brilliant, my friend! Thanks for the inspiration!
