Simon Says Stamp April Card Kit - Day 3 (& GIVEAWAY)!

Hi everyone!

Welcome back for my third card kit post using the Simon Says Stamp April 2013 Card Kit (Everyday Happy).

For today's card I focused on using one of the SEI chalkboard pieces that came with the kit:

Some tips:

* Don't try to heat emboss on these chalkboard pieces. They will warp. (Ask me how I know). ;)
* Also, the surface is slick and so you'll want to use a Staz-on type ink instead of pigment or dye ink...or you can use chalk! (That's what they're made for after all). :)

    Your use of the chalkboard look really highlights the black and white colors of the kit. It's a great contrast to the brightness of the yellow paper.
