I'm back today to share another card I made using the Simon Says Stamp March 2014 Card Kit: Rainbow of Color! I had some time to play with it some more over the weekend and had loads of fun. :)

I used my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Marker to add some shine to the die cut circles...
