Simon Says Stamp July Card Kit: Summer Hello Banner Card

Hi everyone!

 I'm a little late to the party this month, lol. My Simon Says Stamp July 2017 Card Kit: Hello Summer arrived late last week and with a family celebration and my brother and sister-in-law in town from Vancouver I just got around to playing with it last night.

Here's Simon's fun, summery July 2017 Card Kit:
Here's the card I created last night:


I decided to use the bikini bottoms from Simon's Bikini Dies to create banners for today's card and I love how it turned out! The Echo Park Summer Dreams Papers included the gorgeous background paper as well as lots of fun, small, colourful patterns. I die cut the backgournd paper using the largest of Simon's Wonky Rectangles Dies and stamped the sentiment from Simon's Sea You Soon Stamps. I then die cut the bikini bottoms from a number of the Echo Park Summer Dreams Papers, cut off some of the 'ties', and adhered them in place. I added some of Simon's Moonshine Confetti Sequins and adhered the finished panel to a notecard made from Simon's Audrey Blue Cardstock.

    When I first saw the bikini dies I didn't think there was too much you could do with them, but this banner is genius!! How fun is this?! I love how creative you've been with this kit Sarah.
