Hi everyone!
I'm stopping by today to share another card featuring the wonderful new Simon Says Stamp February 2014 Card Kit: Floral Fun. Before I do I just wanted to answer a few questions I had about how I made the floral card on Tuesday's post. Everything on that card was stamped
in white pigment ink. Once dried, I went over certain areas with pencil crayons and a Wink of Stella clear glitter marker. Using white pigment ink first is a great way to get color to show up well on dark cardstock. :)
Here's today's card:
I love that a number of the sentiments in the Simon Says Stamp "Thinking of You" stamp set from the kit fit perfectly in the Elle's Studio Snippets labels...as do the Basic Grey alphabet stickers. The arrows help draw your attention to the sentiments. Again, I've used just a touch of the Blank Canvas paint to try and ground the labels a bit. As a side note, I just can't enough of the various Simon Says Stamp talk bubble dies. :)
Supplies:
