Simon Says Stamp Better than Summer Sunshine Card (& GIVEAWAY)!

Hi everyone!

I'm back with another card to share using the fun new Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit: Summer Sunshine.

Here it is:

I'm loving the colour combination found in this month's kit as well as the yummy My Mind's Eye Shimmer Cardstock. I also really like how the sentiments in the Flip Flop Season Stamp Set work together with a blocked greeting (like 'friends' on my card) and regular print wording to create a more interesting message. For this card, I cut out one of the journaling cards fom the Simple Stories Summer Vibes 6x6 Paper Pad, stamped my sentiment, added some cute stickers from the  October Afternoon Summertime Pillow Puffs Stickers set, and some hearts from the Custom 'Fairy Tale Martha Stewart confetti mix using Ranger's Mini Multi Medium Matte Adhesive. I then adhered the panel to a piece of the beautiful My Mind's Eye Imperial Red Shimmer Cardstock (that was die cut using one of Simon's Stitched Rectangles Dies) with some of the Best Creation Big Squares Foam Adhesive that came in the kit. This was then adhered to a sweet floral print from the Simple Stories Summer Vibes 6x6 Paper Pad (also die cut using one of Simon's Stitched Rectangles Dies) in the same manner before  adhering it all to my card front with Tombow's Xtreme Permanent Adhesive Tape Runner.
