SSS Bunny Birthday Card

Hi everyone!

I'm popping by to announce the winner of the Simon Says Stamp April 2019 Card Kit and share a birthday card featuring the Simon Says Stamp Bunny Wishes Stamps and Dies. 

The images in this stamp set are adorable and I couldn't wait to colour this little guy being lifted up with his bunch of balloons. I stamped the image with MFT Black Licorice Hybrid Ink onto Neenah White Cardstock and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I coloured it with Copic Markers and adhered it to a notecard made from Simon's Audrey Blue Cardstock. I don't own any cloud-shaped dies but as I was looking at the die that goes with the image I used I thought the balloons part of it looked a lot like clouds. I die cut that part of it three times from Neenah White Cardstock and added my clouds to my card. I white heat embossed the sentiment from Simon's Jumbo Stripes Stamp Set on their Black Cardstock and finished the card off with some Buttons Galore & More Lucky Charmz.

SSS April Card Kit: Thank You Flowers

Hi everyone,

I'm stopping by to share a final card featuring the  Simon Says Stamp April 2019 Card Kit.

Here it is:

I made a notecard from some of the Simon Says Stamp Sea Glass Cardstock and stamped the floral images from the Simon Says Stamp Hello Darling Stamp Set with various dye inks (listed in the supply list). I cut some of the woodgrain patterned paper from the Simple Stories Spring Farmhouse 6x8 Patterned Papers, adhered it to my card,  and stamped the sentiment. I finished the card off with some of the Bohemian Teal Nuvo Drops for my flower centers.

I'm back to share a set of cards I made featuring the Simon Says Stamp April 2019 Card Kit.

These cards were quick and easy to put together with the Simple Stories Spring Farmhouse 6x8 Patterned Papers. I used some of the patterned papers for my backgrounds and all the sentiment center pieces are also from the Simple Stories Collection. I used the Bohemian Teal Nuvo Drops for flower centers, to add some interest to the cards.

SSS April 2019 Card Kit: Hello Rainboots Card & GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone,

Guess what! My Simon Says Stamp April 2019 Card Kit arrived yesterday! Whoot Whoot! I was so excited to play with it last night and this morning....I made ELEVEN cards (8 are part of a quick and easy card set) and I can't wait to play with it some more. The Hello Darling Stamp Set is absolutely fabulous with its various fonts and images. The Rainboot Planter Die is just SO sweet and the papers and 2 sticker sheets are beautiful. The Bohemian Teal Nuvo Drops make great flower centers and you get FOUR envelopes and matching papers this month.

Here's the card I'm sharing today:

I made a notecard from some of the SSS Cotton Candy Cardstock and stamped the three border stamps and sentiment from Simon's Hello Darling Stamp Set with Simon's Rosie Cheeks Dye Ink. I die cut the Rainboot Planter Die from Simon's Ivory Cardstock, colouring the flowers with Copic Markers. I also die cut one of the Simple Stories Spring Farmhouse 6x8 Patterned Papers and die cut the top and bottom of the boots again from Simon's Sea Glass Cardstock. It was easy to fussy cut along the imprint lines left by the die. I pieced all these papers together, adding some shadows with a light grey Copic Marker, and adhered the finished boots to the card front with some of the Sizzix Foam Adhesive. I finished the card off with some of the Bohemian Teal Nuvo Drops.

SSS Fresh Bloom Release

Hi everyone!

Today is release day for the Simon Says Stamp Fresh Bloom Collection! This great new release has me dreaming of Spring!

Here's the full release:

Simon sent me a few goodies to play with and today I have this card to share with you:

Using my MISTI, I stamped the Pretty Peonies Stamp on Desert Storm Cardstock with Simon's White Pigment Ink. I then coloured the image with Prismacolor Pencils. I restamped the image to bring back the details and because I used my MISTI the placement was perfect. I diecut the panel with the rectangle from Simon's Bundle of Stitches Dies. The sentiment from Simon's new Buttercup Stamp Set was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and clear heat embossed. I added the panel to a white notecard and embellished it with Glitter Nuvo Drops.
