One Paper Two Ways (Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit & Giveaway)

Hi everyone,

I'm back! I can't seem to get enough of the Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit. :)



Today I thought I'd share two cards using the same piece patterned paper in two very different ways.

For this first card I used some the gorgeous My Mind's Eye Fancy That grey/black tiled paper as a background piece. I die cut some Simon Says Stamp heart dies and coloured them with my Clear Wink of Stella Marker before adding a My Mind's Eye Fancy That 'Mother' sticker sentiment.



For my second card, I cut out the leaves from the tiles to use with the flowers I created from some of the other My Mind's Eye Fancy That 6x6 patterned paper. The rectangle piece was cut using Simon's Stitched Rectangles die set and the card was finished off with a couple of My Mind's Eye Fancy That sentiment stickers.

Congratulations (and Simon Says Stamp Card Kit Giveaway!)

Hi everyone!


Happy Monday! I'm back to share another card featuring the Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit. Please tell me that I'm not to only one who focuses so much on the bridal shower or wedding gift that the card tends to be an afterthought. Oops! Today's card is so quick and easy to put together that even in these forgetful situations you'll be covered. :) 


I cut this gorgeous My Mind's Eye Fancy That patterned paper to size and stamped the Congratulations sentiment. I love that this sentiment works perfectly for either tall or wide A2 sized cards and also fits perfectly between the gold stripes. I then added some of the gold heart stickers from the Fancy That Pearl Cardstock stickers and adhered the whole panel to my card base. Easy-peasy and yet so pretty and elegant due to the beautiful font and touches of gold! :)

Simon Says Stamp May 2015 Card Kit and GIVEAWAY!

My Simon Says Stamp May 2015 Card Kit; Happily Ever After came in the mail yesterday and I've been able to make FIVE cards already! The colors in this kit are just GORGEOUS and so easy to work with. I'm loving all the gold, the brand new Simon Says Stamp Pale Blush Pink Ink Pad, and the various stickers that help make pulling a card together quick and easy. :)
