I'm not a risk-taker... I don't like to spend money (unless it's craft related)... I like to keep me feet planted firmly on the ground.
Fortunately, my dear husband is quite the opposite and so ...
Last weekend he dragged me kicking and screaming (no lie) to Ottawa for his cousin's wedding. I have no problem what so ever with his cousin, the bride, or Ottawa. I do like to keep my feet planted on the ground though, remember? Steve prefers to have his head in the clouds...
Here was the view:
(the Niagara Escarpment)
(Toronto)
(Ontario Place)
(me enjoying some turbulence)
(wedding reception, feet planted on the ground, my handsome man beside me)
(Steve`s Uncle and Aunt`s place)
(Toronto`s Roger`s Stadium and the CN Tower, baseball game going on)
(soccer game at the BMO stadium)
(Our mode of transportation for the weekend)
Thanks hon, for forcing me to step out of my comfort zone once in a while. It was worth it. :)

wow! amazing photos, Sarah! I bet your hubby is a great pilot, so you should do this more!! =) Thanks for sharing!
Aww...some really amazing photos! You look like you dealt with it just fine! I'm the same, not much of a risk taker nowadays as I get older, just like to stick at home and do what I love the most! It's fun to be a little adventurous sometimes! Hee...
Oh, that's a tiny plane.....I think I'd have to be blindfolded and gagged :) Went up in one this size when I was a wee one, an aquaplane.....didn't know any better, I guess :) You are brave, Sarah! Beautiful pictures; thanks for the share!
Oh wow, you've got more guts than I do, Sarah! I don't think I could have flown in that small plane! Amazing photos though! You must have opened your eyes long enough to shoot them! Glad you had a nice time and thanks for sharing!
Sarah I love this post! So funny how your hubby and you are such opposites when it comes to flying! Aren't you glad you went? Look at all those photo's, and it seems like you had a great time! Really you should just have hubby fly you to Scrapfest!
Wow! Thanks for sharing these awesome and priceless photos! It must have been quite a ride, eh? I did take a private plane ride to Ottawa a couple years ago...what a trip to remember!
So brave of you to go in that little plane Sarah! Thanks for sharing the wonderful photos!
Brilliant photos Sarah and well done to you for going up in the plane! I was on a small plane once and couldn't wait to get back down on the ground again - they bounce up and down way too much for my liking!!
Fabulous pictures! Loved taking your little trip with you. (Only feeling much safer sitting at my desk. :)
Great photos! I'm with you Sarah. I was up in a 4 seater plane once when my DH was taking pilot lessons. I about lost my lunch! I don't mind the big planes because I love to travel, but I am definitely not a fan of the small planes. You are one gutsy gal! :)
You are BRAVE! I've never been in a tiny plane like that! I'm impressed!! Lovely photos, too! Thanks so much for sharing!
Amazing aerial photography, Sarah! I don't know that I could have taken that flight, extreme white-knuckle flier, I am. You are courageous and I would think much more adventurous than you give yourself credit for. Thanks for taking us along on your high-flying weekend trip.
bless you!
Kudos to you girl. I don't think I could have gotten on such a small airplane. I love the photo of you though....what guts you have...and what gorgeous photos you got! :)
Thanks for sharing your adventure! And how awesome to share something so special to Steve, even though it's not your favorite. He is blessed to have you as his wife!
Awesome! Way to go, girl. I'm proud of you for getting in that plane.
