You are the Bright Spot... Simon Says Stamp April 2014 Card Kit (& GIVEAWAY!)

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a great/restful weekend! I'm back with another card using the Simon Says Stamp April 2014 Card Kit: You Brighten My Day.

Here's my card:

 

I love how perfectly this sentiment fits in the framed patterned paper piece from the Simple Stories DIY Boutique paper from the kit. I matted it with the black cardstock and added some of the gold enamel dots...all on the notecard created from the Simon Says Stamp Sunshine cardstock. I wanted to keep this one "bright" with just a "spot" of the card covered to match the sentiment. :)
