Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® Blog Hop & GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone!

I'm excited and honoured to be joining some fabulous women today for this year's Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® Blog Hop. If you've been hopping along you should be arriving from the talented Suzanne Dahlberg's blog. If not you can start from the beginning at the Simon Says Stamp Blog.

Today we're all showcasing projects using some of Simon Says Stamp's brand new STAMPtember® release. I'm sharing a couple of cards using Simon's Mosaic Ornaments Stencil & Simon's Mosaic Stars Stencil. Simon has released SIX new stencils in all.

Here are my cards:

For my first card I used the new Mosaic Ornaments Stencil. One ornament at a time, I added embossing paste over the stencil, removed the stencil, and added the glitter while the embossing paste was still wet. Once the first ornament was dry I repeated the same steps with the second one. Once dry I white heat embossed the sentiment from the new Simon Says Stamp Peace on Earth Stamp Set. I used a Stardust Gelly Pen with a ruler to create the strings.

For my second card I used the Mosaic Stars Stencil with Distress Inks and Mini Ink Blending Tools. I cut each star out and layered them with foam adhesive. I used a Stardust Gelly Pen to add a bit of glitter to the top star. Once again, I white heat embossing a sentiment from the fabulous new Simon Says Stamp Peace on Earth Stamp Set.

***GIVEAWAY***

Simon Says Stamp will be giving away an exclusive STAMPtember® prize pack to one commenter on every blog in the hop! That's right! Each stop on the hop is giving away a prize pack - an assortment of product from the STAMPtember® giveaway stash! The giveaways for the prize pack will close at 6:00 pm EST on Thursday September 11, 2014. A complete winners list will be posted on the Simon Says Stamp Blog on Friday September 12, 2014.

Your next stop on the hop is the wonderful Amy Kolling!

Before I go (and incase you're interested) I posted a couple of other cards using Simon's new release yesterday. That post can be found HERE

Here's the complete Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® release in case you've some how missed it!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
