Over the next few months I plan to share some card sets I made over the summer to give as little gifts. Since I homeschool, I have more time to work on these sorts of projects during the summer and it takes the pressure off as things pick up during the fall. I find making these card sets can be a great way to use up some of my patterned paper scraps. I try to keep the designs fairly simple since I'm making a number of them and also try and keep them quite flat since I make 8 cards per set and present them in Crystal Clear Boxes with an envelope for each card. Some of these I plan to hand out over Christmas and some of them have already been given away. (My husband's the oldest of 8 who are spread across Canada, the US, and Scotland... and everyone but 2 in-laws got together earlier this month instead of Christmas this year). 

Anyways, here's the card set I'm sharing today with (mostly) some Basic Grey patterned papers I've hoarded for a VERY long time, lol:
