Hi everyone!
Today I'm sharing some cards made using the the Simon Says Stamp Stacked Diamonds Die.
I wasn't sure what direction I was going in when I die cut my first piece from Simon's Slate Grey Cardstock (I rarely do) but my first thought in looking at it was that it would kind of cool to use the negative space in some way. I die cut three more pieces from SSS Green Leaf, Green Apple, and Neenah White cardstock, layered them on top of one another slightly off center to create this:
I backed the pieces with Simon's Surf Blue Cardstock and adhered the panel to a notecard. I stamped a sentiment from Simon's You Matter Stamp Set on a strip of the Green Leaf Cardstock and diecut a piece of Simon's Black Cardstock using Simon's You Die. After adding these to the card, I finished it off with some enamal dots.

I really like those! It's always good to see ideas for masculine cards!
Very cool. The first card is a bit of an optical illusion. When I first looked at it, I saw it as it is (negative die cut pieces) but then when I looked at it again I saw the cut out pieces stacked on top of one another. I keep going back to the picture and am now seeing it both ways :)
Super cool masculine designs Sarah!
Love these Sarah! The colours and design are an awesome combination.
Oh these cards are fabulous. .Love this diamond die.
They are so totally cool masculine cards, Sarah. Love all the layers and colora.
These turned out great! Wonderful set of cards.
Wonderful masculine cards, Sarah. I recently ordered this die with masculine cards in mind, but had not seen your post yet, until just now ... because my order arrived and I went looking for inspiration online. ;-)
