Dudette Card (using the Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit)

Hi everyone,

I hope you had a wonderful Easter celebrating the resurrection of the Lord, Jesus Christ! I'm so grateful to God for all that He has done for me.

Today, I've got one more card to share using the Simon Says Stamp May 2014 Card Kit: Play

Even though this month's kit is geared towards boys and I've been able to make some fun cards for my sons, I didn't want my daughter to feel left out.

Here's what I made for her by altering the 'dude' stamp:

After stamping the shoes, I stamped 'dude' to the one side of the card and hand wrote the 2 t's before stamping just the e again. I then colored everything with alcohol markers and added some Clear Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents. The top picture doesn't show the shine or sparkle at all so here are a couple of close ups....

Supplies:

Just a reminder that you can pick up the May 2014 card kit HERE for just $24.95 + shipping. Or if you’d like to receive this kit and future kits for only $19.95 + shipping per month, you can SUBSCRIBE HERE.

I also have an extra Simon Says Stamp May 2014 Card Kit to give away thanks to sweet Heidi, owner of Simon Says Stamp! Just leave a comment on any or all of my card kit posts by the end of today (Monday, April 21st) and I'll announce a winner tomorrow on the 22nd.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Cute card. I was looking for the T on the stamp set before I read that you just drew it yourself. Great job.

Love this! Your Ts are great, and that twine through the laces is a perfect touch!

awesome alteration! I had to double check to make sure there really wasn't a dudette stamp in the set! LOL!

I have girls and my girls have girls so it is not so easy to get excited with all boys! Thanks for showing the way Dudette.
