Simon Says Stamp May 2014 Card Kit - You're a Winner!

Hi everyone!

I'm popping by today to share another card using the super fun Simon Says Stamp May 2014 Card Kit: Play and to announce the winner of these fun Simon Says Stamp goodies from my Facebook Page giveaway:

Here's today's card, which just happens to fit in with the 'winner' announcement. ;)

I used the Simon Says Stamp Stars and Dots Stencil with the new Ranger Mini Ink Blending Tool and Mini Peacock Distress Ink to create my star background before diecutting it and stamping the sentiment. This was my first time using the Mini Round Ink Blending Tool and I absolutely loved it. It worked so smoothly, got into all the tight corners, and I'll definitely be ordering more. :) I stamped the game remote, colored it in, cut it out, and added Glossy Accents to make it shine. I then adhered it to my stenciled panel using foam tape.

Supplies:

You can pick up the May 2014 card kit HERE for just $24.95 + shipping. Or if you’d like to receive this kit and future kits for only $19.95 + shipping per month, you can SUBSCRIBE HERE.

I have an extra Simon Says Stamp May 2014 Card Kit to give away thanks to sweet Heidi, owner of Simon Says Stamp! Just leave a comment on any or all of my card kit posts by Monday, April 21st and I'll announce a winner on the 22nd.

Finally, the winner of the Simon Says Stamp goodies is:

Maureen Kvarda Jones who shared THIS pin on my Facebook Page:

Converse.. can't help myself- got to love them. I used to race home after student teaching to kick of my terrible shoes and put on a pair of converse lol.

Wouldn't that be a fun one to use with the Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit

Congrats, Maureen! Please email me with your shipping information so I can send out your prize. :)

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Sarah

Really great card. I think this is just the card to give to someone who gave it their best but didn't win the game or competition. Thank you for a super idea.
