I'm back with a couple of cards to share using the fun new Simon Says Stamp August Card Kit: Summer Sunshine.
Both of the cards I'm sharing today feature the HELLO sentiment from the new Flip Flop Season Stamp Set that comes in the card kit.
For my first card, I paired the HELLO stamp with the Simon Says Stamp Sunshine Die. I stamped the HELLO with Versafine Smokey Gray Ink onto some of the Simple Stories patterned paper and coloured it in with the Sakura Jelly Roll Pen. I then diecut the sunshine sentiment from the gorgeous My Mind's Eye Carrot Stick Shimmer Cardstock three times and stacked them to provide a little dimension. I added a strip of the hello patterned paper as well as stamped the triangle border stamp from this month's stamp set. I coloured in the open triangles with the Jelly Roll Pen as well. The card base is Simon's Smoke Cardstock.
