Hi everyone,
I'm stopping by real quick to share another one of the card sets I made over the summer. Before making all these sets I asked family members I've gifted them to before if they actually use them. There was no point in making more if they were just going to sit in a drawer. I also asked which occasions they tend to use. My mother-in-law asked for sympathy and all occasion cards which reminded me that card front don't always have to have a greeting on them.
Here are the cards I made for my mother-in-law using Simon's Cups and Succulents Stamps, their Handwritten Sentiments Stamps, and a couple of Simon's rectangle die sets (listed in the supply list at the end of the post). I coloured the images with Copic Markers and matted them with some older BasicGrey patterned papers. (This was great way to use up some patterned papers). I chose not to add any embellishments to keep the bulk down.

What a great use of patterned paper, Sarah! Love all the cards & the inspiration!
Beautiful cards, Sarah! Love those patterned papers - I'm not using my patterned papers enough so thank you for sharing these gorgeous cards as inspiration. I love the symplicit, and your colouring is beautiful! I like to make packages of cards for my parents. They call to request more when their supply starts to run low. The ones they ask for most are sympathy and thinking of you, similar to your MIL.
Gorgeous cacti images!
All these cards are lovely !
