SSS January Card Kit: Custom Distress Oxide Background & GIVEAWAY!

Hi everyone!

I'm popping by to share another card featuring the fun Simon Says Stamp January Card Kit.

For today's card I took the rest of one of the black tags with the Twirling Ice Skater Die I had die cut for the spinner card I shared in my previous post and inked it with my Custom Distress Oxide Ink Pad. The Distress Oxide Reinkers I added to my ink pad were Worn Lipstick, Broken China, Faded Jean, and Wilted Violet. I took the inked pad smooched it all over my tag. Once dried I added some snowflakes from the SSS Snow Much Stamp Set using Simon's White Pigment Ink. I also used the Sakura White Jelly Roll Pen to add some smaller snowflakes to the tag. I then used foam adhesive to join the die cut tag to another one of the black tags from the January Card Kit. I then built up my card, adding a piece of Simon's Island Blue Cardstock to my card front. I added a couple of strips of the Echo Park Celebrate Winter 6x6 Patterned Paper and a sentiment from the Snow Much Stamp Set before adhering my tag in place.
